To become more attractive to women, you must develop strong behaviors, like a strong body language and a strong voice tone. Having a strong attitude towards life (never complaining and hesitating) are things that make you stronger.  Here's a quick exercise to do this:

1.   Grab a piece of paper and divide it in two columns. 2.   Write on the left side the name of 5 persons you know they are weak. Do the same thing at the right column. Look for strong behavior around you. 3.  Evaluate in each people the three aspects; body language, attitude and conversation. 4.  Then act like the strong ones and stop acting weak!

Print this article and paste it somewhere you can see it every day. When I first did this exercise, I felt empowered and motivated… a hidden area awakened. When you behave strong, you feel powerful and confident.

Yesterday I was reading a great book called “Double Your Dating” that talks about 2 mistakes most men make when dealing with hot women. I thought sharing them with you could be useful so can avoid them.

NOTE: Although I already read the book, to me it’s still REALLY useful when I’m going out with an EXTREMELY hot woman. Have you read it? If you don't, there’s no need to worry because, I’m going to talk about these mistakes now:

Mistake #1: "Revealing Her Your  Feelings Too Soon!"

Double Your Dating's chapter 3 “How To Develop A Personality That Is Irresistible To Women” says:

“Sharing how you feel about her, kills your chances of getting further with her.That’s mainly because it reveals insecurity of some kind.”

I've seen that most men think like this: “I need to share how I feel about her. If she knew how I feel about her now, she would feel the same way toward me” …and “She has to know that I really like her and then she'll understand me and then like me”. 

Then they open their mouths and all of this lame stuff comes out… and makes them look ridiculous in front of her. I don’t know why most men believe revealing how they feel about a particular woman is a good way to create attraction. So don't fall in this trap! That’s a giant myth and this game doesn’t work that way.

Look, in the past, when I‘ve revealed my feelings to a woman, most of the time I was rejected, really fast. Double Your Dating says that this is the other bug mistake men make when dealing with hot women. Examples of needy behavior are:

• Calling her every day

• Wanting to be with her… and showing her it!

• Trying to spend  the whole time with her

• Showing too much interest in her

Pre-selected men are more attractive to women. If you want to get a beautiful girlfriend (or wife), you must use this powerful tool and understand how it works.

The Mating Game

Pre-selection is an evolutionary theory scientists inquired about the mating game in some animals. They discovered that when a male grouse (a type of bird) who wasn't mating with any females was put next to a stuffed female grouse, other females starting mating with him. These facts may sound a bit boring, but let me tell you why they're very important: P reselection happens in humans, too.

…Do not ask me why! It just happens! …I’ve learned it from my own dating experience. A woman's attraction for you increases when she sees that you have already been pre-selected by other women!

So there's a priceless benefit of being seen with attractive females.

Most men try to communicate women that they're valuable and that other women want them. The problem is that they do it in a very obvious way… so it comes off as bragging. What Does Pre-Selection Communicates To Her?

Preselection is a practical mode of criteria at cutting red tape to finding a man of great value. When you do and say things that show you're preselected, it communicates her the right things. It pushes the "right buttons" in her mind that triggers attraction, when done correctly – and without bragging. Look, a woman will think:

"…If those [good-looking women] are attracted to him, maybe there is something that is significant with him…"

Pre-selection sub-communicates that you have something of value to offer to a woman. It could be your:

• Riches

• Job

• Outlook in life

• Attitude

• Beliefs

• Your skills in the bedroom

And look, the best part of this tool is that: You don't even need to be rich, handsome or famous in order to make her want you.

If you're not rich or handsome, but she sees you around hot women, she will feel attracted to you. In her mind, seeing that other women like you is more important than money and looks. She does not need to know you for a month to notice you're valuable. You don't need to be handsome or famous to let her know this. A woman instinctively trusts other women's opinions who already like you. She trust other women who preselected you before. She knows deep within, unconsciously, that you are something of value.

"…If other women want him, there must be a reason…" she thinks.

That's why preselection is also called social proof.

How to Use Social Proof to your Advantage

Look, the point of social proof (preselection) is to let her know that other girls find you attractive and desirable. When you do this, women instantly feel attracted to you, because of the biological mechanisms of preselection. Most guys try to show this by bragging. Obviously this turns women off. Here are a few tips to communicate her that other women already want you:

1. If she calls, tell her you are with a friend (a girl): This subtly tells her that other girls like to spend time with you… so you should have something to offer to women.

2. Have many female friends: Make sure that when she sees you around them, these girls are laughing and having a great time with you. You don't want to seem like a boring guy.

3. When you tell her stories about you always make sure that you are the "hero": Never say anything that could damage your reputation. Women tend to interpret everything you tell them.

4. On the first date, talk about your female friends: This seems counterintuitive but trust me on this one. You must subtly let her know that other women like to be around you. Don't be obvious though! If she discovers that you just want to impress her, it will be counterproductive. A great way to do this point is by using "Routines". Routines is the best way to always have:

• Conversation starters that guarantee you won't get rejected

• Stories that communicates preselection

• Fun games that trigger attraction

• Conversational material ready to go so you never are at a loss for words.

I believe that using routines is the best way to communicate her that you are per-selected man. It's also the best way to making conversation with women.

There's no need to worry, because using pre-selection is a great way to succeed with women even if you’re not handsome or tall.  You deserve to live a happy life! If you use this tool correctly, I can guarantee you that you'll get laid a lot often.

#7. Keep your Alpha Male Status

The best way to talk to a hot woman is by showing an alpha attitude. Being alpha is all about:

• Being relaxed, calm and collected

• Controlling the situation

• Speaking slow and deep

• Not showing nervous behaviors, tics and hesitation.

When a woman interacts with you show these behaviors in front her, she instantly feels attracted you.

On the other side, when you do the exact opposite (you speak fast, act nervous, hesitate and aren’t relaxed and calm) she'll reject you.

#6. React Less Than her Always

Men who are successful with women do not react too much when they interact with them. They don’t try too hard to get a positive response from women – and they don’t look for their approval and acceptance. For example, if she says something funny, laugh, but not too much. If she’s speaking very fast, speak very slow. If she is serious and cold, don't be overly friendly.

Do less than her. This makes you a high status man, like the guys from Ocean Eleven.

#5. Say Whatever you Want

When most men talk to a hot woman, they usually try to leave a great impression. They try to impress woman by saying original and brilliant things. But the truth is that if you do this, she’ll get bored with you because all men do the same thing. I’ve learned that when I act a bit different from the rest, women tend to notice me more and get attracted to me even more.

So, stop trying to impress women. Act as if they’re your bratty little sisters – even if they’re damn hot.

#4. Stop Trying too Hard

Again, women see men who try too hard to please them as needy and insecure – the 2 most unattractive traits in a man. Most guys buy women gifts, flowers and say “cute” things in order o win a woman over. This makes no good to you. Women want a challenge. They want a confident guy who doesn’t try to win her over. They want a man who plays hard-to-get all the time. So, when you meet a new woman, don't try to make her smile. Don't ask personal questions – you are a total stranger yet.

If you try too hard, she'll feel uncomfortable.

#3. Don't Show too Much Interest in Her

Look, don’t show too much interest in her when you meet her – she might reject instantly you if you do that. When a man shows too much interest very soon, he comes across as a needy-hungry for sex guy. When women notice this, they run away from him because this makes them uncomfortable. So, be cool and mysterious at the beginning – that’s the attitude women look for in men. Be truly disinterested in her, to project a more confident attitude and body language.

If you carry this out, you won’t be rejected by a hot woman.

#2.  Speak with a Deep Voice Tone

When you start a conversation use a strong and resonating voice. Hot women love men who speak this way. Learn from Ocean's 11 guys. Brad Pitt and George Clooney are the 2 perfect examples for this. They speak slow, relaxed and deep. This shows a hot woman that you’re extremely confident and secure. I’ve learned that beautiful girls tend to be more attracted to guys who speak this way.

#1. Don't Care About the Outcome!

The only attitude that makes meeting more women easier is when you don't care about the result. When you don’t care about whether she rejects you helps you to seem more relaxed, unattached grammar, and sexy.

If you want to succeed with women, you gotta stop caring about what they think of about you.

That's not really important. What is important is to show her attractive personality traits that make you irresistible to her.
