Being shy isn’t attractive to women. If you’re shy, I’d strongly suggest you to learn how to overcome it – it may be the cause you’re not getting laid very often. Shyness is not an attractive personality trait.

I've learned from experience that hot women tend to date confident men and prefer the ones who aren’t nerouvous and insecure in social situations. So if you want to get a girlfriend, overcome your shyness and learn how to be calm, charming and confident in social situations.

• He talks in an insecure-hesitant way when he calls a woman. He can’t kiss a woman because he’s very afraid of rejection.

• A shy man thinks he's not good enough to date a hot woman and get her into bed.

• He feels uncomfortable in social situations. He can't meet new people and hesitates when he does it.

• He has a low self-esteem because he believes something is wrong with him. Most of the time he’s just exaggerating. This doesn’t helps him at all when he wants to meet a hot woman.

Women don’t like to date shy men because a few reasons. I think that the first one is that shyness is a clear sign of being a low-status man. So, a good way to show you have “good genes” is by being "Alpha" and stop being shy.
