Here are 8 steps to become the alpha man. I learned them from an eBook called DoubleYourDating.

Learn how to be the prize, because everything else will fall into place. Some ways to become the prize are:

• Never chase women: Men who are too available aren’t attractive to beautiful women. Tp be the prize you must let her come to you and never chase her.

• Be independent: Have an interesting life. Don’t try to spend every single day with her. Independent men are more attractive to hot women.

• Reverse the tables: Make her think that she’s the pursuer. I like to say to women things that suggest this: “Look, I know you’re trying to seduce me, so stop doing it… I’m not that easy”. You might want to learn a few cocky and funny lines as well.

• Be the first to end every conversation: I don’t care if she’s really beautiful and things are going well with her. You should end every interaction first so you are the prize… not her.

• Make her work for your attention: Don’t call her immediately after the first date… make her wait a bit longer. I’ve found a great article that talk about playing hard-to-get. Don’t text her back immediately. Make her wait.

• Don’t call her everyday: If you show that you’re too available, she might get bored with you. Limit your supply. Call her only once a week. Don’t chat for 2 hours over the phone. Keep your calls short and to the point. This tells her that you’re a busy man who is successful with women.

• Don’t be clingy: If you’re on a date, don’t try to spend 3 hour talking to her. Again, make your dates short and to the point. You want to make her think that you’re not overly interested in her yet.

Men who aren’t succesful with women need to get validation from women.

- They always want to know whether they’re ok.

- They always need to know whether she likes what they’re doing.

- They want to know if the woman likes them.

My advice here is: Stop doing things that suggest you need her approval… or that you’re not confident in yourself.

Hot women are turned-off when you look for approval from them.

If you want to succeed with women and become an alpha male, you should assume you’re ok as you are.

So, never qualify yourself. This means that you should never explain her “things” nor look for her approval.

Remember, looking for approval kills attraction.

Just assume you’re always ok.

Also, when you talk too much, she interprets it as trying to qualify yourself to her. I’ve found that these are good ways to create instant attraction! Women love a man who is confident and needs to approval from people.

TIP: Don’t give a damn about what she might think about you… have a healthy self-esteem – her opinion about you shouldn’t be important to you.

Have you seen a James Bond movie? Learn how he¿s always calm, cool and relaxed. He never looks around. He knows he’s the center of attention.

When he hears a  noise or when someone is threatening him, he turns his head slowly.  He’s really calm and doesn’t care about anything outside him…

So, don’t look around too much - she might interpret is as a lack of confidence… something not very attractive to her.

Talking fast kills your chances of getting a girlfriend. Remember what I said about not looking for approval?

Talking fast a is a way of qualifying yourself to the woman. It clearly shows that you’re chasing her and want to get her into bed.

Most men feel pressure when they’re in front of a beautiful girl, so they speak faster than normal…

… they say just too many words!

I think this happens because they worry she stops listening, get bored and leave. If that’s your case, just talk slower and speak with authority.

Alpha Males are strong men who never show their feelings to a woman. From my experience, Alpha Men only show 3 emotions:

Happy

Angry

Don’t give a damn

So stop feeling nostalgic, sad, needy or unsure of yourself – when you show these emotions to a woman you don’t look attractive. Keeping her guessing about how you feel about her increases your attractiveness.
